PRODUCT DETAILS
Structural Features
• Structural Cross-Section: Odd-numbered veneer layers are glued together with adjacent layers having their fiber directions perpendicular to each other. Common layer counts include 3, 5, and 7 layers.
• Appearance Characteristics: Overall flat surface, with visible layered structure at the edges.
• Material Advantages: High strength, strong nail-holding power, and resistant to deformation.
Production Process
1. Log Peeling: Peel logs into thin veneers.
2. Drying: Control the moisture content of the veneers.
3. Gluing: Apply adhesive evenly to the surface of the veneers.
4. Assembly: Stack veneers in odd-numbered layers with cross-fiber orientation.
5. Hot Pressing: Bond and cure under high temperature and pressure.
6. Sanding: Sand the surface smooth.
7. Inspection and Packaging: Pack and store after quality inspection.
