Medium Density Fiberboard MDF
Density board, full‑name Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF). It is a type of man‑made wood panel manufactured from wood fibers or other plant fibers. The raw materials go through crushing, fiber separation and drying, then mixed with urea‑formaldehyde resin or other suitable adhesives, and finally hot‑pressed into boards. It features a typical three‑layer fiber structure: fine and dense fibers on surface layers, while relatively loose fibers in the core layer, forming a stable sandwich‑type structure with favorable mechanical uniformity.

PRODUCT DETAILS
Material Characteristics
• Uniform material, consistent density, and fine internal structure
• Easy to perform secondary processing such as drilling, grooving, and edge sealing
• High surface flatness, suitable for surface treatments such as veneer, spraying, and lamination
• Dense cross-section after drilling and edge sealing, not prone to edge chipping
Specifications
• Common Thicknesses: 3mm, 5mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm, 25mm
• Density Range: Generally 600–800 kg/m³
• Formaldehyde Emission Standards:
• E1 Grade: ≤0.124 mg/m³ (Suitable for direct indoor use)
• E0 Grade: ≤0.050 mg/m³ (More environmentally friendly, suitable for places with high environmental protection requirements)
