Container Board
Container panels fall into two main categories: corrugated steel container panels (wall panels/roof panels) and bamboo-wood composite container floor panels (commonly referred to as container panels in the industry). Bamboo-wood composite container floor panels are heavy-duty special plywood, made by alternating layers of bamboo mats and wood veneers, pressed with phenolic resin under high temperature and pressure. They are specifically designed for standard shipping container floor panels and are high-strength load-bearing materials. Corrugated steel panels are used for the container's enclosure structure, made of weather-resistant steel pressed into a corrugated shape, for container walls and roof panels. The key difference: ordinary building bamboo plywood is made from bamboo mats or curtains, while container floor panels are a bamboo-wood composite structure, thicker, with higher load-bearing standards, capable of withstanding repeated forklift crushing. They are heavy-duty specialized materials and cannot be equated with ordinary bamboo plywood.
